All computer users must have a valid County-City Library card. The computer user must sign and abide by the County-City Library Policy for computer and internet usage.

Youth under 18 must sign the computer policy along with their parent/legal guardian. Youth in 8th grade and below must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian or teacher in order to use the public access computers. Youth in 9-12 grades may use the computers by themselves.

Computer use is for a time interval of 1 hour until 3:00pm when the interval changes to 30 minutes. If no one is waiting, you may continue use of the computer. If someone is waiting to use the computer, you must relinqish the computer at the end of your time.

Roscoe/Sweetwater, combined population of about 14,000. While anything is possible, that's about 3 times the size of the combined towns we live in (since my property is on a border), and we have two libraries with computers.

I've checked the library's webpage and it does have computers for users. But that brings up a better question: Is the library even open? It might not be. I'll check... and... it IS open. Not locked down. It has pretty decent operating hours, too. Six days per week. The librarian says she doesn't think it has a Grunter, though.
