He missed zapping that doofus, though. For an advocate of renewable energy he should have this info ready to go. He missed a huge opportunity. Instead he allowed Trump to label him an oil killer, which is not true, but the perception stays. He should spend this weekend offering the facts on how business is already on it.

Apple is not alone.

Renewable Energy By the Numbers
As of June 2020, Amazon has 91 renewable energy projects across the globe that have the capacity to generate over 2,900 megawatts (MW) and deliver more than 7.6 million megawatt hours (MWh) of energy annually—enough to power more than 680,000 U.S. homes.

Renewable Energy
Amazon is committed to powering our operations with 100% renewable energy by 2025 as part of our goal to reach net zero carbon by 2040. In 2019, Amazon reached 42% renewable energy across our business.
