Put the seats in , I needed some strength in the side hulls before I start the rub rail. Painted the inside where it is going to go. Lot of blocks with spaces between that need to be painted, do it now I wont make a mess on the rubrail. Just ripped 5/4 X 3 1/2 cedar to 1.5". Then ripped that in half just under 1/2" they will go outside then a row of blocks then the other ripper on the inside over them. Lot of work, but it is going to look so cool when I am done. The Mahogany block in the bow was a 2X6 when I started . I cut and sanded most of it away to fit the bow with all the double miters and radius of the front of the bow. Took me 2 hours to make that lil V block. Welcome to building a boat from scratch!!! And I glassed in the front bulkhead last-night.

Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.
