...after ya gets the shot ya spozed to take it easy for awhile and let the fricken thing heal. The shot does not fix the problem, it eases the pain. In one way that is a good thing cause nobody enjoys pain. On the other hand, killing the pain only makes it possible for ya to do some really serious damage. My advice is for ya to eat some of them half million cans of navy beans ya bought awhile back and relax. Ya might consider looking around for a woman to wait on ya hand and foot. Laughing

Man I hurt so bad this morning. Nothing I could do would stop the pain. I couldnt even think straight. I went down to my doctor un announced and I am going back in an hour to try and get something done.... This is too much...........

You know, like working on boats and getting yerself in all kinds of positions and stuff.
