I think many of aspire to that Boss.

But, in our jobs many of us also develop 'specialized vocabularies'. For example, when I say 'bridge' most people think of a structure spanning a river to carry cars across it. But to me it brings to mind an 'SCR Bridge' which converted 440 Vac into some 700 Vdc to drive some 75 Horse DC motors.

I think it is not a bad idea to occasionally toss a fifty cent word into the mix. We either learn a new word, or, more likely, remember an old one we thought we had forgotten.
