So, I have tried since early September to get my mail ballot from Florida. Their stupid system allowed me to request it 3 times, including this morning, and sent me an email it will be sent. But their website showed some confusing graphic about cancelled.....only mentioning last year.
So, I decide to call. They are sending me one now they say, but the reason they did not send one till now and did not even tell me about it was that the Post Office does not forward elections mail in FL, and after three returned to sender situations they unregister you as a voter. Problem is they only had two occurrences not three, and they didn't even bother informing me on their website, or by email, when I checked my status. Was still registered and eligible, but whatever I did online went into a black hole.
Total bureaucratic garbage from Florida men and women.
This is how legitimate voters get the shaft.
Just fkng VOTE! Get rid of the imbecile and the pilot fish.
