I thought she got it horribly wrong.
There was an opportunity to hit it out of the park. Explain that the delay is on the Republicans as they frittered away the summer, and that now she means to make sure the money is spent on the vulnerable and not on the rich and Trump's cronies.
Instead she wrapped herself around respect for Democratic committee chairs and people not knowing the details.
She's a great warhorse, but she misses opportunities. I hope she steps aside after the election. Same with McConnell. Both parties need a new generation in charge.
