Trouble with looking for the second wave in the US is that the first wave didn't recede entirely.
But it's very clear that the virus is becoming more infectious again in Europe as autumn kicks in. And that is going to happen in the US too.
As the southern hemisphere spring turns to summer, they will be hoping for some relief. Just horrendous numbers there.
Meanwhile, Pelosi seems to be a bit jealous that the Oxford team is winning the race to create a COVID vaccine. She is trying to undermine it by saying British science shouldn't be trusted. Tell that to Isaac Newton. And to Charles Darwin. And to Alexander Fleming. And Rosalind Franklin. And Francis Crick. And Stephen Hawking. And Michael Faraday. And Alan Turing... :-)
