Hmmm ... interesting thought, but somehow I don't think sampling a grape or two from a bag you're already going to buy in order to see if you want to buy one more bag is quite the same thing as what she did in that adult novelty store. I mean ... as long as they didn't tell anyone, I suppose the adult novelty store could soak the "pink colored device" in bleach for 24 hours, put it back in its package, and place it back on the shelf. I don't think your grocery store is gonna want your sampled grapes back.
And another thing, if that really is her photo, I'm still not convinced that she is a "she." The article said she began using the pink colored device inside the "business." At first blush, my initial reaction was that "business" was a reference to the store, BUT ... well ... that poor unfortunate law enforcement officer got to see where it was being used, so ... if he says she is female, I suppose I'll just have to take his word for it, don'tcha know.
