Clarifies her position. How she will vote is not in doubt.

But I am unsure if it breaches the disclosure rules.

I am assuming the Dems will introduce SCOTUS term limits after the election, assuming they win it. Bush I and Clinton appointees will be the first to go, which would make it 5-4 Republican, with Roberts the swing vote. Then Bush II, making it 5-4 Democrat, and maybe 6-3.

So there would have to be an abortion case in the works before 5-4 happens if she and the anti-abortion bloc are to have an impact.

For myself, I prefer 5-4 to 6-3 in either direction.

Democrats say she should have revealed the inclusion of her name on a list of signatures supporting the ad sponsor's mission.
