...ya might be able to order the mags online from S&W.

The 147 grain jhp is probably the best bullet available for the 9mm. It will do the job, just double tap to be sure.

I checked and discovered a couple interesting things.
Remington is 171 years old. That's a longtime in business.
Colt is about 165 years old if my memory is serving me right this morning.

Sturm Ruger is 71 years old making firearms and is a U.S> manufacturer..

So the other guys are about 100 years older and have more experience.

will tell you my 9 MM P95 which is not made anymore is very nice. It is heavy and very stable to fire with almost NO recoil uplift.

If ya were to use Plus P rounds and combine them with Federal AST rounds, say 124 grain, ya wold be using the same stuff most cops have. The AST is a hollow point and the plus P gives the bullet extra boost..

I have both 147 grain and 124 grain JHP+P for that pistol. About a thousand plus rounds.. I need more Magazines....
