He personally guaranteed 400 million in loans due in the next 4 years.

Apparently no US banks loaned him monies, it's important to know who he is beholding to.

There's a lot to unpack.

Some people are fixated on the debt burden, but the scale of the loans may or may not be significant. It really depends on the value of the assets they are secured against and the net income they actually generate. My guess is his properties are worth enough and generate sufficient income to cover the interest and so banks would be willing to roll the debts forward. But that is a business judgement.

There is the issue of rolling loans while president, and who loans him money. Potential conflicts and worse.

The IRS issue is whether he is playing fast and loose with his taxable income and the value of his assets for tax purposes. If there are misrepresentations, there are penalties.

People will analyse the detail for dodgy expenses. There may be things there.

And of course, the fact that he is running the business while president makes him unsuitable to the job of running the country, if nothing else.

And if the amount he pays in tax is what it is, then he is a parasite on society. People should pay their share if they want to have a country. More so if they are a politician.
