I saw this yesterday and watched the video.
Yes, she should have been prepared to explain her asthma situation (since there are signs at the entrance of the stadium requiring that masks be worn) and should not have been so belligerent with the officer, BUT in my humble opinion, I do believe the officer OVERRREACTED, badly.
I think this situation could have been handled a whole lot better by both sides.
