It is interesting for me to read this as I have had this same issue going on now for about a month, and it has gotten more frequent. My cramps are almost always in the left calf/ankle. I need to get out of bed and stand onthe leg and bend it leaning forward. Thenthe cramp stops.
Go back into bed. Sometimes okay rest of night and sometimes havemultiple occurrences..
