...ya might want to try some Icy Hot w Lidocaine on the legs from the upper calf down to the ankles and the top of the feet. Then put ya a pair of knee high socks. Tends to relax the legs a bit. I wear the white ones but these may be more to your liking.

Been waking up at night with these and very painful, My ankles like lock up in a spaz, and I have to grab my foot and move it around tiull it stops hurting.
