He’s just like the Rochester police chief whom the mayor fired a few weeks back after he tried to ....retire to save his pension.

And the police suck, because they got a no knock warrant on information that the guy they were seeking was at that apartment on Jan 16, but they did all this in March. They had no evidence to even have a warrant at that time. They weren’t even the guys who sought the warrant. Who was? A shithole job police work. The system is off the rails and corrupt on top of that. And the AG found nothing there, there. Case of self ...defense. My ass.

If they had announced themselves why would her boyfriend fire his lawful gun at them? No reason. All he had to do is open the door. But he shot because he was afraid of who was on the other side. And this is crucial info. Who is the “witness” who heard them an ounce themselves? No one else did.

Reckless endangerment/ 2nd degree manslaughter in order for those morons with guns shooting wildly into what they could not see, including adjacent apartments. And find who worked on the warrant and fire him. They’re all in CUA mode trying to save their jobs, and their “brothers”.
