Pence spoke at a memorial service for an ICE agent who was killed in the line of duty, and he spent a lot of time talking about how he and Trump are going to support Law & Order. He all but said that the ICE agent had been killed as a result of BLM protests. Of course, he didn't dare say that directly, despite him walking around the topic letting the people make their assumptions about what his message was. The reason why he couldn't say what he wanted is because the ICE agent was actually killed by a White Supremacist but of course, he doesn't dare talk about that.
