The thing that hurts now is all the muscles that have been on break for many years. They are adjusting to keeping me upright. Weird walking in the store without having to lean on the shopping cart///

Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.

Am glad to hear that Nemo

I am well past that time since mine. I think there may be a little bit of help in one area but still have lots of difficulty to the right side of center near the tail bone level.. Next to the BUTT.

That region can and does light me up at times...

I felt real good two days ago so I decided to walk around the track one time with my wife to keep her company.

The first of the four legs of the quarter mile square went reasonably well. The second leg is when it all went south..

Now, I have on the most well cushioned athletic shoes I can find, which are Brooks Ghost 12's.
Anyway, I hobbled across the finish line and we went home and I downed a whole percocet...

So I am thinking of calling doc and making apopintment to go have a second set of shots done... Maybe the second set might work.. I don't know.. I wish they would. I don't want to be on pain pills..
