HISTORY has shown this identical thing over centuries now. Ithas already happened and is quite normal actually.
It happens when ONE PARTY has control of both the White House AND the Senate.. The nominee then gets voted on, passed by the Senate and added to the Supreme court.
IF ya is dumb enough to try this with a senate majoritytha is NOT of your party, your results will be unsuccessful.
BOTH instances have already happened throughout the course of the UNited States history.. So this is nothing new.
It simply does not happen very often.....
It is perfectly legitimate and this works exactly how the Framers of the Constitution drew it up and was passed by the country.
It just happens that the shoe is on the other foot this time. Too bad...
