my appointment went well. I did not take another set of shots although he asked me if I needed another series and he would take care of it. I declined for the time being because I want to give this a couple more weeks and see where it goes.. Not all that anxious to be PIN CUSHION.
He wrote me another script for more Pain pills and said to call him or the send a mesage whenever I want or feel the need to have another set of shots or a refill on the pain meds. Heck, I still got 45 of the 60 he prescribed almost 4 weeks weeks ago... and I can take them twice daily if needed. I just don;t like to use a narcotic pain killer unless I absolutely have to.
I have discovered I can cut these in half because they are slotted and I can take one half of a pill and that seems to help without messing with my head.
Nemo has more serious problems in that he literally has a complete fracture in his spine, as in broke in half.
He really needs an operation. I am simply ate up with degenerative arthritis likely from way too many bone jarring hits playing football. It shows up as you age..
I pray that the captain's new doc will sped some time with him and be open to a plan to fix that break..
That would be the best scenario but he would be sidelined for weeks after that.. Don't think he would want that...
