Where I am, seems like everyone is observing them. No one is permitted in a shop without a mask. Numbers in shops are limited. People queue outside six feet apart wearing masks. Every shop has an alcohol soap dispenser outside.
I feel hopeful this time around that the numbers won't be so bad. People are better prepared.
