Calculating where to drill the holes so they'd fit around the bolts and not screw the boards up was harder than you might think.
PIECE OF CAKE DE. Just snap a line on the inside of the slab, from the outside of the slab, the width of the boards you are using. Lay the boards in their position, use a speed square and slide along board and mark the bolts position on the board. Then measure from your snapped line to each bolt and mark the boards, VIOLA you have done a professional job on the sill plates. NO problem........... and those are called wet anchor bolts
All this is assuming your slab is the right dimensions and square. Bad slab pours screws up everything.....
