...a modicum of English is ok, I wouldn't suggest it as a major. Not even a minor but certainly not to be excluded. IMHO, black studies and ebonics would be two useless degrees.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
