I'm not too sure about all that De. To charge the battery
all one needs to do is rectify the AC into DC. To pull
power back off all those cars they will need an inverter
built into every charger to turn the battery DC back into
AC.
Not to mention that for such a scam, every battery car owner
should charge the utilities for the use of their batteries.
I can see it now . . . The utility has a very bad night and
they have to drain down every battery in a hundred mile
radius . . . and a LOT of folks battery powered cars don't
make it all the way to work.
