I was able to watch my grandson's high school game on live stream on our smart t.v. by using windows 10 to show the screen from i onto the television. That was a really cool feature..
My grandson was voted the ALPHA Team Captain. there are three other captains who also are seniors.
He plays Middle linebacker and Strong Safety depending on the offensive formation.
He had 18 tackles last night, half of them solo and six for losses.
Awesome game.
They won it.
He is blessed with my natural athletic abilty (LOL!!!) and stature. Five foot one inches tall. He is a solid mass of muscle though. Strongest kid on the entore team including all the biog linemen. He outlifts all of them.
That is another trait from his grandpa. Yep. That one is true.
He is too small in height to play in Div. 1 schools in college but is being heavily looked at by Division 2 football coaches and has been offered by a few scholarships to play for them.
Personally I would just as soon he not play in college, save his body and joints so when he gets to be in his forties he does not have a lotof the same problems I do and other collegiate players wind up having as they age..
He also is Class President, Home Coming King, and leader of the National Honor Society at his school.
So he could get his education without killing himself physically. That would be my preference.
Unfortunately I have no say about it.
Just very happy he had such an outstanding last night and there is a highlight video showing some of his tackles..
Being a Grandparent is a real Joy you simply cannot describe. I think it is a reward from GOD for when we get older.
Still doing good with the shots I received. Someof the novacaine has worn off and I ache a little but nothing crippling is nailng me! Praise the Lord!
