Arson anybody? Does anybody really believe the looters and
arsonists actually check to make sure nobody is left in the
building they put to the torch?
No, such criminal behavior should NOT be tolerated in any
way, shape, form, or fashion. Send them to jail for a very
long time for being so cavalier about other folks rights,
persons, or properties.
And if this bad behavior continues . . . I have no problem
authorizing the 'boys in blue' to go live ammunition and
turn them into corpses.
