For many hours on end we had to wear such high, HIGH heels ALL DAY LONG! Oh my goodness how exhausting,

...yep, I know that feeling.

I read today in the paper that my former co-star Lori Nelson passed away on the 23rd. While it has been many years since the two of us last saw each other, my memories of the time we spent together on "How to Marry a Millionaire" remain among some of my fondest.

I remember our trips to New York and Chicago, as we promoted "How to Marry a Millionaire" and how much fun we had, how excited we were. We laughed together, cried together, from excitement and uncertainty of where our lives would lead us. This was before any of us had families and the world seemed so much bigger then.

Our time on set was grueling. For many hours on end we had to wear such high, HIGH heels ALL DAY LONG! Oh my goodness how exhausting, yet we all had so much fun. Lori was such a joy to work with in that first season. When I think of her now, I feel joy having known and worked with her and to this day I will never forget that BEAUTIFUL HEAD OF HAIR she had! I told her many times how beautiful her hair was.

My heartfelt condolences to her two daughters and her whole family in this time of her passing.
