I did that for 2 years before I said enough is enough. I was paying mortgages on 2 properties out of my savings for 2 years..... I declared BK. I was forgiven $333,000. My friend said congrats, I said on WHAT , filing a BK. I was not proud of that, but had no choice,,,,,
