She gave me another number to call and I called it and got a recording telling me that I should go to their website which I already tried. Ya can't even take ya car to the dealership and get it worked on. Ya gotta have an appointment and ya can only get one if you call the local number that goes to the call center.

Nemo, my apologies - How did I luck out never getting a call center?

Welp, my car just had a recall. Maybe I will get THEIR call center.

I don't know how to get there anyway.

I have to go thru a call center to get my semi new Nissan Truck serviced. The call center is located in ohio someplace and when I dial the local number I get transferred there. They advise me that they have no record of me buying a truck from them. Then they told me that they showed a Honda on my account. IT'S MZ RIBITS CAR. They gave me several places I could call and some people I might be able to get an appointment with to get this straightened out. I axed the gal why she thought that straightening out their records was somehow my job. She a dummy. Had no luck getting in touch with the Nissan finance folks either online or by phone. Call the number for them and get the same call center that has no records on my truck. Tried to get in touch with them online. Had to log in and sign up it says. Wants information I do not have. Then it advises me that I should call them at another number; By now me and the call center gal was gettin to be real buddies. No says the service center guy and he calls the local number he hands me the phone and says here, this is the girl in our service department. It was my buddy in the call center. I ain't likely to buy another nissan anytime soon.
