A 2009 video of Obama is resurfacing amid controversy over voting by mail and the U.S. Postal service.

In the video, Obama argues that private insurance should be able to compete, he then says â€œUPS and FedEx are doing just fineâ€¦ Itâ€™s the Post Office thatâ€™s always having problems.â€

Barack Obama:
