there should be a camera in every classroom in america and any parent who has a kid in that class should be able to log in and watch whats going on.

Their paychecks come from real estate taxes, which gives them the right to know what is going on in the classroom.
On the other hand, as a bonus, disruptive students' behavior *might* improve if their parents get to see them in action.
Works both ways, IMO.
