The footprint you see is 30' x 70', and the main floor will match it. The living space will therefore be about 3,500 sqft if the basement is counted (and the garage is not), but we aren't initially going to finish the basement. That should help lower the property taxes.

I know someone who will finish it for us later.

Thanks for the feedback. When coupled with the barn, there's no reason why the house should have any clutter. I've really come to despise clutter.

Been a long journey.. The work looks like its being meticulous and well done..

Bet you and your better hapf can hardly wait to have some comfortable space to live in?
