After I get my fix of course im going to take it easy. Nothing works good for me till I get the fix. Then chill time. Laying on my back is all that helps right now.

Not back this morning. My doctor prescrib*ed 2 oxys a day, Insurance only will pay for one. *** these pricks. Afternoon it starts to throb. I take 1000 mg Tylenol. and that kind helps to the next morning......Just waiting on my "SEPT" 24th appointment for the new back Doctor. I am just going to get the steroid shots in the spine and hope it works........
