...He implied that people could just simply walk-in and ask for a mail-in ballot without having to prove who they were, not like an absentee ballot where you have to be registered first and prove who you are before they'll give you a ballot. Even the Faux News people questioned his comments suggesting that he didn't understand how this all worked. Miller also implied that absentee ballots are used mostly by the 'type' of people who watch Faux News (i.e. White people) while mail-in voting is mostly used by the 'types' who don't watch Faux News (i.e. brown people).
