After talking with my doctor yesterday, and it was more of a discussion and conference, I have to say that I had a great afternoon and evening and the best night's sleep in a long time..

Stress will do all kinds of things to you and coupled with normal grief that everyone gets except the men have to be the ones that stay strong and keep it bottled inside, doc seems to think that is what is going on.. The anxiousness and nerves are overwhelming my system at times when they surface and that is what causes the sudden sensation of not being able to breathe and then the fainting into unconsciousness for a few minutes until my wife shkes me and wakens me... Always feel nauseous right before the episode and a little while after..

Doc prescribed an anxiety med yesterday and said try this one a day for 20 days. I did.

Best rest of the day and sleep last night I have had in past month..

My mind was clear and my breathing pattern normal and regular. I was not anxious about anything...

We may be onto something... I am confident it is not anything else other than all the stress and silent grieving that has manifested itself and it will gradually release and go away...

Happy ending to this strange phenomenon.... Thumbs Up Very Happy

See you in heaven Dad. Love you..
