DHS claims that it's not true. That there actually isn't that sort of border wall, if any, along the part of the border where the hurricane hit. They imply that those pictures showing a section of the wall being destroyed by high winds occurred somewhere else along the boarder, probably in Arizona. Of course, irrespective of where that section of the wall was, it still was blown over by the wind, so it's still not good news for Trump and his 'wall'.
