Before you get all over me for being so racist, my rationale for disagreeing with you is that I believe that Constitutionally, privately owned businesses are supposed to have as much right to choose their customers as customers have to choose their businesses. The reasons for the choices shouldn't matter.

It's GOVERNMENT that has no business discriminating amongst its citizens, not private entities and civilians. The Constitution places no obligation upon the people to be either nice or fair. The fact that government is now forcing businesses to be "fair" in their hiring and treatment of staff sucks. The mere act of forcing "fairness" creates a whole new type of unfairness - unfairness to the business owners who can't hire and promote the people they want... unfairness to applicants who can't get jobs or promotions for which they are best qualified. One unfairness is being traded for another with politicians being the arbiters, and that's wrong.
