She and I are starting to get the same pains at the same time. But we're only 39 and we heal quickly. (like hell - carp, I fell almost 4 months ago.)

Get ya one of them ACE Knee braces ya see in drug stores, walmart, pharmacies etc. One of the white ones with the hole for the knee cap. Get the biggest one ya can find. All ya want to do is put a little pressure on it to keep it from hurting so bad. Ya don't want to stop blood flow.
Thx, ribit. I do have one, but can't find it. By coincidence, I have 5 wraps and I did use them for days.......but elevation and ice seems to do the trick. I just twisted my knee, I swear!

If ya can't find a big one, get a wrap and work with that. I also recomment Voltaren Gel. Ya used to have a prescription to get it and the co-pay was $80.00. Now ya can get it without a prescription, the price is around $20.00. Same ingrfedients etc.
VOLTAREN - think I took that for my shoulder years ago. It did work. IS IT A PILL OR A CREAM? I will try and get it tomorroY.
