Well, how does anyone know it did not become inoperable before he gave it in? Sounds like THEY made sure of it before he turned it in. It makes sense, FOR THEM, BUT NOT FOR THE TRUTH. Which is why the cops disassembled and reassembled the gun, placing the firing pin in the right way so the gun would FIRE! They proved the gun was capable of killing someone. The McCloskeys cannot prove they did not know the gun wouldn’t work, they just claim that. Who’d believe it? They are lawyers, and lying is their business, especially when it is about themselves!
