All ya want to do is put a little pressure on it to keep it from hurting so bad. Ya don't want to stop blood flow. If ya can't find a big one, get a wrap and work with that. I also recomment Voltaren Gel. Ya used to have a prescription to get it and the co-pay was $80.00. Now ya can get it without a prescription, the price is around $20.00. Same ingrfedients etc.
