are now getting worried. They see Trump's polls declining, so they are looking to attack the enemy on their margins. That is, the Lincoln Project and other ex-Republicans.
That says good things are happening. People are abandoning the Bananarepublicans.
I imagine a decent right of centre party will emerge from there. Clean out the augean incumbents to the last person and replace them with a party which cares about the truth.
That would set the country along a viable path. Then let the new Republicans fix their own voting bloc. Get rid of the televangelists and other fake Christian leaders, as well. Christianity doesn't need to be led by idiots and magalomaniacs.
