Get ya one of them ACE Knee braces ya see in drug stores, walmart, pharmacies etc. One of the white ones with the hole for the knee cap. Get the biggest one ya can find. All ya want to do is put a little pressure on it to keep it from hurting so bad. Ya don't want to stop blood flow. If ya can't find a big one, get a wrap and work with that. I also recomment Voltaren Gel. Ya used to have a prescription to get it and the co-pay was $80.00. Now ya can get it without a prescription, the price is around $20.00. Same ingrfedients etc.
