Hi De! Thank you so very much. I agree with you completely about developing distand friendships and close knit famial like relationships.
When one hurts, we all hurt.

I just spent an entire night in my dad's room at bedside with the Hospice nurse. I am weary, fatigued, wore out. The long nights were much easier when I was a lot younger.

I will catch some sleep and go back. I think the doggone pacemaker is still keeping him alive. His lungs are so full of liquid and he gurgles loudly every breath, which come fairly close together.

He is non-responsive but keeps on breathing sounding like the very end of a Coffee maker sputtering out its last ounce of water into the caraf. Loud and gurgly..
Same sound.

I think I am kinda numb cause I can't feel my face.
Getting too old for this kind of thing... I can only imagine how Ribs and DG feel... lol!!!

If zI think about this too much my emotions will get the best of me. I will miss him greatly. I have been close to him for three and half years now nonstop and long before that. So I am losing a part of me.

Thank you

micro...
