Well, that's one of the beautiful things about the United States of America ... historically, we recognize and honor private property rights.
...this wendy's is within the Atlanta City Limits and mz bottoms, da mayor thinks she is the queen and can do whatever she wants without any downside whatsoever. If she decides to seize Wendy's property it would cost Wendy's more in lawyers services and "bad publicity" in the BLM community than they think they can afford to lose. I don't think Wendy's will stand up to them if they seize it for zero compensation.

Well, that's one of the beautiful things about the United States of America ... historically, we recognize and honor private property rights. Therefore, grasping, Marxist derelicts such as yourselves don't have any say in what becomes of other people's property.
