The rumor is that both Thomas and Alito will retire within the next week or so, thus allowing Mitch McConnell to jam through two new young, white, right-wing judges to replace them before the election. Mitch is convinced the Trump is going to lose and he's been talking to older conservative federal judges trying to get them to retire now so that he and Trump can still replace them before the election.
The rest can actually function like they should, whether we like outcomes or not. But those two are just two useless buffoons, one aN uncle Tom sexual harasser, the other an intellectually challenged Italian buffoon, who had too many meatballs.
