It was Obama’s fault who started the backtracking on this instead of going by the Constitution and SCOTUS decisions that separate church and state as well as individual rights for women against sex discrimination.
Sometimes I felt like slapping him when he tried to appease assholes. The result is he let a rabid cat out of the bag.
Our laws and rules should follow the Constitution not the whims of every special group.
