The religious employer has an isdue, but how about the employee denied of part of their employment benefits under a Federal program funded by taxpayers?

Don’t we have laws on DISCRIMINATION?

Check.

Doesn’t the Constitution preclude religion anything from GOVERNMENT? Separation of church and state?

Check.

So, why is the religious entity providing health insurance under a federal program DENYING CERTAIN COVERAGE TO A WOMAN?
