They say he's looking at how Trump could void the election by claiming that it was interfered with by foreign entities and therefore does not represent the will of the people. The beauty in this is that even if the 'evidence' shows that the interference benefited Trump more than Biden, it doesn't make any difference, it was foreign interference and therefore the results of the election are null and void.
