In England, they just opened the pubs (but not in Wales, Scotland or Ireland) but before they serve you a drink you have to give them your name and contact info so that in case they learn that someone who has contracted the virus was in the pub when you were there, they can contact you to be tested and/or for you to go into self-quarantine. I don't know, but that alone would keep me away.
