...if she had the gun in her hand and never pointed it at anyone there might not have been as much controversy. Take it out, point it to the ground, keep ya finger off the trigger and ya might not get in trouble.

No he wasn't, Sweet Cheeks. He was killed for pulling a gun that appeared real when he was confronted by police.

He knew it looked real. The police were called because Tamir was scaring passersby by pointing it at them.

Below is a photo of what Tamir Rice did when the police told him to put up his hands.




Stupidity can get you killed. That's true even for 12-year-olds.
